The “Let Them” theory is about allowing people to behave however they choose without trying to control or fix it. If someone leaves you out, disappoints you, or acts in a way you don’t prefer—let them. It helps me save my energy and focus on what I can control, and I love that it reminds me I get to choose and act proactively for myself. Unfortunately I haven't read this book yet but I've put it on my TBR list. The main idea sounds familar. Is it an informal version of circle of influence from Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective people?
